The Problem

Prima Banka needed a fully native iOS banking app to replace their outdated mobile web experience. Users demanded fast account overviews, seamless transfers, and secure authentication — all while meeting strict banking compliance requirements.

Solution

The Approach

Built a fully native UIKit app with an Objective-C/Swift mixed codebase, integrated against the bank's REST APIs. Core Data handles local caching of account data for a fast, reliable experience even on poor connections. Biometric authentication via Touch ID and Face ID was implemented to meet both security standards and user expectations.
